Senate Judiciary Committee lawyers studying the proposal say that although there is no absolutely settled law on the matter, the White House plan is likely not covered by the Privacy Act, which prohibits government agencies from keeping any records “describing how any individual exercises rights guaranteed by the First Amendment unless expressly authorized by statute or by the individual about whom the record is maintained.” Therefore, it appears the White House can legally keep records of the emails and other communications it receives in response to Phillips’ request.
Those lawyers also point out that the White House is not covered by the Freedom of Information Act, which means it would not have to release any information on the plan to members of the public who make a request.
The entire health care bill is politically motivated. The dems are listening to a select group, knocking at their doors begging for their inability to pay for expensive treatments. Why shouldn’t they? The political process currently rewards the first at the trough.
However normally the rest of us don’t notice the effects of this. When ethanol subsidies started, how many of us noticed the increase price in foods? But we notice the inefficiencies of government. And they are noticing our whistle blowing on this issue. They want us to report on each other, how Hitler-esque of them.
So we send emails to flag@whitehouse.gov, what do they do with this information? Some say they don’t want names, but they are required to save all corespondents they receive. Even if they don’t want names, they easily find out who you are through hidden meta tags and headers you leave in your email. Or they can even do a whois on the website the “misinformation” originated from. So they do have a list of the opposition, what are their plans? Why would they want to know who is against their pet? To start rationing the health care.

Okay so we cannot interpret any data this bill collects to be used to adversely affect any individual. If I say “My next sentence cannot be construed to be a death threat.” and continue “I’m going to kill you” does that not count as a death threat? They are trying to protect themselves from something. They are covering their asses. Obama passing this bill is condescending, he is doing us a favor, he knows whats good for us, he speaks for all of us. So any treatment we receive via this bill, can only be construed as being for our benefit. This is where the rationing starts.
The Committee from (page 30 of the health care bill) will decide who receives which treatments/benefits you receive. So they have two databases, one of everyone in the United States, and another who was against health care. A simple unidentifiable flag can be added to our health records that determines what kind of care we can receive. If you are against the health care bill they will find out, and mark you for future rationing.
Wasn’t it so inconceivable that millions of people could be murdered for being born of a different faith? It’s not that far-fetched that we could see rationing based on a voluntary opposition. They are doing us a favor no matter what level of treatment we receive, They know whats best for us. Hitler said he spoke for the people.
I’ll take off my tin-foil hat now because at least someone has the balls to tell them to stop flagging people.
