Orly Taitz, a California attorney who has filed a number of lawsuits to determine Obama’s eligibility to be president, has released a copy of a Kenyan document showing Obama’s place of birth as Kenya.

Critics say this cannot be a true document as Kenya wasn’t fully organized until later in the year of 1964, but historians have said the country began forming in 1957 and many documents carried a number of labels. Camparison to other birth certificates, reveals an identical template form, adding to the validity of this document.
Taitz is attempting to force Obama to respond to the facts by getting this certificate authenticated and protecting this and other foreign records from being destroyed. The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” If proven valid, this will bring a number of questions to the table about Obama’s citizenship including: Obama’s Mother’s ineligibility to confer American citizenship to him, and his father being subject to jurisdiction in UK raising a debate over whether the framers of the constitution intended dual citizenship to count as naturally born citizen.

don’t discount that it may be a REAL KENYAN BC that the libtards have tried to discredit by putting something on it’s image to try to discredit it. That would allow them to label the real one as a phony for all time.
Sort of like they’re labeling the phony hawaiin one as real.
does it sound far fetched? hey, they’ve already written extensively on their web sites of doing exactly those kind of things.
