Trumpeting Obama’s Bad Poll Numbers

2 months ago today, Obama went negative for the first time in the Rasmussen Approval Index. And there he has stayed for the last 2 months. This is right about when the Health Care debate really picked up. There hadn’t been a harder push for such a dead end policy in our history. He is doing the job republicans could only dream of doing to him. It’s not that the people have woken up and seen this man who who he really is, it’s that they don’t see him for who he said he was. But you have to give them credit, It only took 7 months for them to realise who Obama wasn’t but it took North Carolina 3 years to realise congress is run by democrats,

“According to the live caller poll of 600 North Carolina voters, 77 percent of respondents correctly identified the Democratic Party as currently controlling Congress. This marks a significant improvement since Civitas last asked an identical question in July 2008, when only 51 percent of voters correctly identified the Democrats as in charge of Congress.”

Obamanomics isn’t passing by these people as effective governing. He missed the 8% unemployment with porkulus, he underestimated the cash for clunkers 1 billion, his budget deficit projections have now increased to $9 trillion from $7 trillion. There is no confidence in this scarecrow, his chickens are coming home to roost. He not only underestimated us, he blatantly ridiculed us.

Obama is now at 45% in Zogby, let everyone know who is running our nation into the ground the democrats and Obama.

How to Call Your Congressman Out at a Town Hall

Something I noticed when attending a town hall on Monday, the congressman was condescending. With a sadistic smile on his face, he would drag the argument all over the map. Bringing in partisan politics, shamelessly blaming one party or the other. Often Refering to his rhetoric, “I have not decided how I will vote”, “I won’t vote for a plan that does X, X, X, and doesn’t X, X, X”. But when it was clearly explained to him verbatim by constituents that brought various forms of the bill, he would move the goal post saying its not in the senate bill or its not in the one of the congress bills. Or even flat out saying it does not say what you just said! He is going to vote for the bill and he did not want us to know that.
Most of the town halls are being run like this. They claim to be listening to you, then continue to try to indoctrinate you on how spectacular and revolutionary this plan is. They are not listening. The sound is bouncing off their ears, repelled by the socialistic mentality of their ideologic diva queen minds.

CALL THEM OUT.
Don’t argue numbers.

You sir/ma’am, stand in front of your employers with that smug smile pretentiously vocalizing how you think you know we should live. Falsely claiming a more benevolent view of the world, smearing our intelligence, claiming spread of misery justifies the confiscation of our rights to property, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We claim the responsibility to justly live our lives, whether that means we reap the benefits of success, or learn from our own failures. And to take such fundamental, god given gifts away is the greatest form of evil one can partake of in this world. You are the demon, you are the unjust, you are the filth of this world that you claim has wreaked havoc upon our great nation. If you cannot accept that our ability to prosper or fail in our own hard work or to our own demise, then you are not worthy of being our SERVANT.

The bottom line in this whole health care debate isn’t the costs, isn’t the unending wealth destruction, isn’t everyone needs insurance. It’s the encroachment on our freedoms and way of life. No one is ever denied care, they are denied insurance coverage. People are not dying in the streets, they are going bankrupt because our servants don’t have the balls to enact real reform on lawyers and insurance laws. Bankruptcy is ugly, but it is a necessity. We cannot allow them to claim that they want to protect us from ourselves. We can always go bankrupt, but we cannot bring the dead back to life.

Obama’s has been losing his stronghold on the health care debate now with polls showing “strong” opposition from independent voters has reached a majority. (51%) Intensity of support for the bill has been dwindling and is now overshadowed by passionate Americans attending the town halls. Rasmussen Poll:

Public support for the health care reform plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats has fallen to a new low as just 42% of U.S. voters now favor the plan. That’s down five points from two weeks ago and down eight points from six weeks ago.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that opposition to the plan has increased to 53%, up nine points since late June.

More significantly, 44% of voters strongly oppose the health care reform effort versus 26% who strongly favor it. Intensity has been stronger among opponents of the plan since the debate began.

The republicans seem to have a strong line against this health care reform, with groups offering more practical reform. Some dems are against the bill because it doesn’t encroach on our freedoms enough. And Obama cannot even lie well enough about his support for a single payer system. We know we have the best health care in the world, and anyone that is determined to change that will not be able to blind side the American people.

With propopents of health care comparing it to how well Social Security, Medicare, Medicade and I’ve heard the DMV from a few, and now the Post Office?! It’s no wonder the plan is polling so poorly. via Philip Klein:

[A]t another point of today’s town hall meeting, Obama was pushing back against the idea that the creation of a new government-run plan would drive private insurers out of business, and he said that UPS and FedEx were doing fine, but “it’s the post office that’s always having problems.” Oops!

The gaffe arose from the inherent contradiction of those arguing for the introduction of a government government-run plan. On the one hand, Obama and other supporters of the idea argue that we need to have a strong government plan to create more efficiency, drive down prices, and “keep private insurers honest.” Yet at the same time, they have to make it appear weaker to push back against those of us who argue that it will threaten private insurance and move us toward a single-payer system. So then you get statements in which Obama, in the course of arguing for a government-run system, takes a shot at the government-run post office.

Keep on digging, dems, here’s a shovel.

Rothman is for single payer, so he is undecided on whether he votes for this bill. We’ll probably hear him get boo’d today.

UPDATE: He mentioned he was for single payer, however denied that the bill has goals of single payer in it. Despite what his demo leadership has said.

UPDATE2:I personally asked Rothman, do I not have the right to go accept responsibility for my own finances? Do I have the right to go bankrupt? I don’t want anyone to pay for me, and I dont want to pay for anyone.

His response:”All for one and one for all.”
