Why they’ll send over some workers from the FAA of course! We all know doctors go through 10+ years of schooling simply because they want to help people out of the kindness of their heart. They don’t want profit, ObamaCare can tell them they won’t get fully reimbursed and they’ll just take it because they are just good people.

But seriously, if Cash for Clunkers isn’t a quintessential example of government bureaucracy failure in our time, what is? We already have impending insolvency in Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. Cash for Clunkers is insolvent after less than a month, and it is over a thousand times smaller than ObamaCare. If you can ignore the facts that it doesn’t even put “green cars” out or does not get people to buy American or promptly reimburse dealers, then ya its a great program. But who can ignore that?

This is good news as it opens more eyes to why we shouldn’t pass ObamaCare.

2 months ago today, Obama went negative for the first time in the Rasmussen Approval Index. And there he has stayed for the last 2 months. This is right about when the Health Care debate really picked up. There hadn’t been a harder push for such a dead end policy in our history. He is doing the job republicans could only dream of doing to him. It’s not that the people have woken up and seen this man who who he really is, it’s that they don’t see him for who he said he was. But you have to give them credit, It only took 7 months for them to realise who Obama wasn’t but it took North Carolina 3 years to realise congress is run by democrats,

“According to the live caller poll of 600 North Carolina voters, 77 percent of respondents correctly identified the Democratic Party as currently controlling Congress. This marks a significant improvement since Civitas last asked an identical question in July 2008, when only 51 percent of voters correctly identified the Democrats as in charge of Congress.”

Obamanomics isn’t passing by these people as effective governing. He missed the 8% unemployment with porkulus, he underestimated the cash for clunkers 1 billion, his budget deficit projections have now increased to $9 trillion from $7 trillion. There is no confidence in this scarecrow, his chickens are coming home to roost. He not only underestimated us, he blatantly ridiculed us.

Obama is now at 45% in Zogby, let everyone know who is running our nation into the ground the democrats and Obama.

Handouts, grants, protectionism cause special interests, lobbyists, and corruption. PhRMA is agreeing to front $80 Billion so they can protect their stake is selling drugs in America. If they hadn’t, Obama might have gone the route he said he would in the campaign, buying drugs overseas for cheaper. PhRMA is taking a side to protect itself. Grants are given out and groups apply, often leading to groups like ACORN or someones friend being a recipient. Too much room for corruption in this system. Lobbyists are paid big bucks to go down to DC to tell Congress how to make their decisions, what happened to them listening to the American people? Obama wants to protect this status quo, he doesn’t want to actually listen to us. He will ram it down our throats knowing full well we don’t want it, just like he would kill grandma.
Typically the left allows the poor to vote against the rich, or they tap into our emotions, to get us to pay for the unfortunate. The right votes for corporate handouts, appeasing lobbyists, protecting certain industries. Both Republicans and Democrats are guilty of everything. Reform is needed, we cannot allow legislation that would benefit one group at the expense of another. Why should San Francisco be drawing money from NJ to fund their problems? How is it beneficial to me to be taxed so the poor can receive a welfare check or food stamps? It’s as ridiculous as taxing left handed people to give money to right handed people. Income tax has allowed this government to run rampant. We lost our country in 1913 when the direct tax of income tax no longer had to be apportioned to the states. Our sides special interest is getting our country back.

I submit to you exhibit A. Infamous words spoken when I was at the meager age of 5. And he was held accountable for going against his word.

Exhibit B. The American people havent been holding this man to his word, until recently. But they know he has lied. 69% know he was lying when he said America won’t see a tax increase. Bush cuts will expire, that’s indirect. Cap and Trade will be taxes on our electric bills, and gas, that we can’t directly see. If we get any inflation that’s generally considered a tax on the people(not a big if). And all this money for his Obama care can’t be pulled out of someones poop shoot.

Oh and just to get back at the dems in Exhibit C. I propose those that want the taxpayers to get their money back to spend it as they please, get exactly that! And if you think Government spends your money better, well you can have that if you like too.

Cash For Clunkers Not So Green?

While the Whitehouse won’t release the specifics on cars bought with the Cash 4 Clunkers program, a quick look at Edmunds.com shows how much the dems have been wrong in toting it as a successful green program.
The #1 Car is the Ford Escape, a compact SUV or SUV, as described by Edmunds.com, its fuel economy ranges from 21-24 mpg depending on the model you buy. With a comfortable 171 to 240 HP to tow your kids to soccer practice.

#2 selling is the Ford Focus which doesn’t even break the 30 mpg range, sitting at 28 mpg. Who cares about its HP?
#3 SUV Jeep Patriot (25 mpg) 158 – 172 HP
#4 Dodge Caliber (22-27 mpg) 148 – 285 HP
#5 Ford F-150 (15-17 mpg with over 51 different styles!) 248 – 310 HP wooooooo!

All excellent vehicles, and I applaud this change towards buying bigger better autos. Hell, if I was given the prospect of turning in a junker in order to get my money back from the government and buy an F150 I’d go for it! [not really, I just like to spoil the environMENTALists fun]. The only real fuel efficient cars that break 30 mpg aren’t in the top 5 and number 7 is the Chevy Silverado with 15-17 mpg with 255 – 345 hp. They can hide their numbers and birth certificates[LOL] but we’ll find them somehow!

Thank you Democrats. I’m pretty excited about this now, more SUV’s and trucks to eat my dust!

$12 Million Dollars a year, the British Government is lobbying itself. If this isn’t the most quintessential form of astroturfing I don’t know what is. Of course we dont have things like that in America do we? [ACORN]

SEIU Hires Member Political Organizers [thugs]

There have been no accounts of violence at the town hall meetings until the unions and the left got involved. 6 people arrested in St. Louis for attacking protesters at Rep. Russ Carnahan’s Town Hall meeting. This is just the beginning of how the SEIU and similar unions will act if they ever get the secret ballot abolished. A quick look at the SEIU website shows they are looking for these type of people.

Our “representatives” are hearing us, hearing is merely the sound hitting their ears. They no longer represent us when they don’t listen to us. They are hard of listening, not hard of hearing. You express your opinions at these town hall meetings, emails, blogs, phone calls, and they ignore your concerns. Continuing with their agenda on the basis that you don’t know what’s good for you. We’ve seen the facts they choose to distort. It’s a power grab of the nth degree. When we speak out, they categorize us to incite hatred, because they always need a villian. That is their usual tactic, they don’t know how to function without a demon. Attacking the American people will be their destruction. Do these look like elderly nazi’s? Would you be as calm and collective as them if someone sat you down at a table and said “get out your wallet we’ll decide how to spend your money”? We’ve woken up, and we know this will be the death of American exceptionalism. We know our liberties will forever be destroyed with the passing of health care. We know whats good for us, and we are damned if we don’t have the right to express that loudly. Don’t tread on US.

We could definitely do this. We have Holocaust denier sympathizers, 9/11 conspiracies, Iraq is staged conspiracies, hell we didn’t even land on the moon! Our other options include: IOU’s, setting the country on fire for insurance money, we could divorce.. I mean secede. Crazy idea’s like cutting taxes, drilling for oil, and nuclear energy expansion would never work.

Cash For Clunkers Success Report Being Hidden

The left is parading the cash for clunkers program as a success, however they are unwilling to release the actual data from the car dealers and manufacturers on how exactly successful the program is.

The Obama administration is refusing to release government records on its “cash-for-clunkers” rebate program that would substantiate—or undercut—White House claims of the program’s success, even as the president presses the Senate for a quick vote for $2 billion to boost car sales.

Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said Sunday the government would release electronic records about the program, and President Barack Obama has pledged greater transparency for his administration. But the Transportation Department, which has collected details about 157,000 rebate requests, won’t release sales data that dealers provided showing how much U.S. car manufacturers are benefiting from the $1 billion initially pumped into the program.

The Associated Press has sought release of the data since last week. But the public and Senate Republicans demanding more information will have to wait for details because federal officials running the program don’t have time to turn over data delivered by car dealers, said Rae Tyson, spokesman for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

You would think that they would be throwing the numbers in our faces, but they refuse to provide them to even those on their side, the AP. They want 2 Billion more to extend the program but cannot show us the hard numbers. I guess that’s how they like to run things, give people NINJA loans. Provide no proof that they are benefiting Americans but want more money? This may not be the most transparent White House in that we can see what they are doing, but we can definitely see right through them.
