Cancellations And Refund
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders within 2 hours of placement.
After the 2-hour window, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, users must navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section and submit a cancellation request.
The Xtremist is not responsible for delays in processing cancellations caused by technical issues or external factors.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the seller’s individual refund policy, which is displayed on the product page.
If an order is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be initiated immediately upon approval.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the seller.
If a refund is not received within the expected timeline, users should contact their payment provider before reaching out to The Xtremist support team.
3. Disputes and Resolutions
If a user believes a refund request was unfairly denied by a seller, they may submit a dispute through The Xtremist’s resolution center.
The Xtremist may mediate disputes but does not guarantee a refund unless explicitly stated in the seller’s policy.
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve issues amicably before escalating disputes.
Chargeback requests filed through payment providers may result in account suspension if deemed fraudulent.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Digital products, perishable goods, and personalized items are generally non-refundable unless defective.
Any product marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ on the product page is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors beyond the seller’s control are not eligible for refunds.
