Exchange And Returns
1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
Products are eligible for exchange or return only if specified by the seller on the product page.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.
Certain products, including perishable goods, digital items, custom-made products, and personal care items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
2. Exchange Process
Buyers requesting an exchange must initiate the request within 3 days of receiving the product.
A 360-degree video of the product must be submitted to verify its condition before approval.
Exchanges will be processed only if the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, buyers may opt for a refund or select another item of equal value.
3. Return Process
Buyers must initiate a return request within 3 days of product delivery.
The item must be shipped back to the seller in its original condition within 5 days after return approval.
Return shipping costs may be covered by the buyer or seller, depending on the seller’s return policy.
Refunds for returned products will be processed only after inspection and approval by the seller.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.
Processing times for refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Digital goods and downloadable products.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or beauty products.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer and seller are unable to resolve an issue, The Xtremist’s resolution center may assist in mediation.
The Xtremist does not guarantee refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated in the seller’s policy.
Buyers are encouraged to carefully review product details and seller policies before making a purchase.
7. Modifications to Exchange & Return Policy
The Xtremist reserves the right to modify this exchange and return policy at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Continued use of the platform after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
